In February 2026 I created this portfolio piece after reading 'Blame My Virgo Moon' by Freja Nicole Woolfe. I really enjoyed the book and designing a cover for it felt like the right thing to do!

When I was deisgining this cover I chose to focus the illustrations on the characters while including smaller ‘doodles’ around them that reflect the themes and events within the book itself. I used a bright and bold colour scheme that reflects the bubbly personality of the main character and would appeal well to the target audeince.
